Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 36 hours notice. Missed appointments, or appointments canceled without 36 hours notice, will incur a fee of 30% of service fee or forfeit of deposit. Deposits are refundable and/or transferable if appointment is rescheduled within this time period. We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our stylist and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 36 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made 36 hours or less will be subject to a rebooking fee. I understand we all have things come up and illness happens, but please respect our chair and our business by giving us enough time to fill it. For a hairstylist, an empty chair is a financial loss.
